Brittany joined Amico Lane in 2022 with expertise in customer service as well as personnel and vendor management. Most recently she was the Office Operations Manager at Third Way where she managed the office's response to remote work and spearheaded initiatives like contract management and the onboard experience. Brittany took it upon herself to learn about business operations and is committed to a can-do attitude throughout all aspects of work.
In seeking a new challenge Brittany joined the Amico Lane team. She understands the importance of operational excellence and knows what it takes to oversee the successful management of client properties. Proper management makes a world of difference and with collaboration and customer service being part of her framework she looks forward to providing support to Amico Lane’s condominium association community.
Brittany has a unique background concentrating on real estate with her previous positions in real estate operations at The Nature Conservancy and commercial real estate at CoStar Group. She was able to enhance her customer focus and ability to seek out new operational efficiencies in these roles.
In her free time, enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, and any type of outdoor activity. She recently picked up tennis. Brittany grew up in the DMV area and started her career early by riding along with her father, a Master Electrician, to help with jobs-site tasks like pulling wire.
