Matthew stevens

Matthew joined Amico Lane in 2021 right after graduating from Virginia Tech where he studied Real Estate and Landscape Architecture. He has experience in residential property management, and in his senior summer internship he helped manage over 30 multifamily properties. He also has extensive landscaping experience and knows his way around a construction site from his summer of framing houses. He is also highly experienced in the restaurant industry, so he’s no stranger to high paced environments and the importance of perfection.

Matthew is from Charlottesville, Virginia and with much of his family also in Maryland, D.C. is a perfect fit for the energetic young professional. He comes from a long line of brokers, as he’s a fifth generation Stevens working in the Real Estate industry; it helps him to appreciate buildings, property, and people.

Matthew loves working in a team, and he’s spent most of his life playing four different competitive sports. He was very involved in his fraternity, and was the Social Chair and the Vice President at the same time. Matthew highly values relationships, and his personability with clients and vendors helps him to work through projects from start to finish. His attention to detail and determination make him a great fit at Amico Lane.

When he’s not in the office, Matthew likes to skateboard, play chess, go on hikes, play basketball, do crosswords, and see live music with his friends.
